Fabricated column supports feature steel structural tube 16" x 16" x .63" wall with nine .75" gussets, 1.75" thick top plates, 1.50" thick bottom plates, 78.50" height,and six 2.250-12 leveling screw assemblies with 1.312" through holes. Length from inside edges of bottom plates equals 316.63".

Two machined ledges for Bosch Rexroth recirculating matched end roller way rails. Six 45mm roller bearing blocks for superior rigidity.

30" x 32" x 2.0" platten with machined ledges to accept bearing blocks.

Maximum travel from stop to stop equals 319.63". Accuracy within .001" over entire length of travel.

Designed and built for a Panasonic 6-axis robot, model TA-1900~400 lbs w/tooling and up to 500 lbs wire spool. Total payload with weldment equals 3000 lbs.

Large volume e-chain for robot and welding cables. Limit switches, cams and trays for home and ends of travel. Manual track lubrication.

Alpha planetary gearbox 7:1 ratio sized for Panasonic servo motor. Helical spur gear rack and pinion, module 2 drive with felt lube pinion.
